*When will I receive my product?

                  -Once your order is process, you will receive a tracking number from USPS with a 2 or 3 day priority shipping at no additional cost to you.

*What does 5 to 7 business days to process means? 

      -It usually takes 2 to 3 business days for us to process your order and packaged ready for shipment. In an unlikely event, it could take up to 7 business days until we have received payment from your bank before we can process your order to be shipped.

*When will you ship my product after my order is processed?

     -All shipments will be processed through USPS PRIORITY MAIL which can take up to 5 working business days for you to receive your sauces. EXCLUDING SATURDAY, SUNDAY, and most HOLIDAYS.

*Can I exchange or return my product?

         The answer is no.

Every so often we get asked why there are no returns on our food product.

To put it simply once it leaves our building, we have no control over what happens with it. We don’t know if there is any smoke, pets, etc. in the house/car which may adversely effect others. Even if the plastic seal is still intact we cannot take it back.

We take food safety seriously and don’t ever want our customers wondering if a product has been in an environment that may be unsafe to them, their family, or their customers. Rest assured that everything on our shelves has only been at the facility we purchased it from, thru delivery service, and in our store.

We are sorry and sincerely appreciate each and every one of our customers and thank you for your understanding

*What happens if my package is missing or damage?

               If you have received a tracking number and your package shows (DELIVERED) from USPS, we will not be liable for your missing package. If your package arrived broken, leaking or missing  (IN TRANSIT) for more than 14 business days after its in TRANSIT we can either issue you a refund or resend you THE product that is broken, leaking, or if PACKAGE is missing.

NOTE: When making a claim for the broken or leaking jar. We will need proof of the broken or leaking jar by sending us a picture. We will only refund or replace the broken or leaking jar.
